Without additional costs, Service Providers who qualify will immediately be known, not only to the Community of Members, but to their Patrons. Whether they live here or somewhere in the world, those Patrons, a) care enough about the Member to sign them up, and b) have proven they are responsible enough to pay. This should be a great comfort to the Service Providers who have probably been stiffed by some customers in the past. This is a dynamic approach to promoting their business, where in the past it has been passively promoted through word of mouth.
